My advice is to send the instrument cluster out for repair. There are a couple of places in the US which will repair the display and offer a lifetime warranty on their work ($350 US). I'm not sure if anyone in your neck of the woods would perform the repair.

I don't know how difficult the repair is on the instrument cluster display but the MID is difficult and you're subject to make it worse.
