X5 is beeping, what feature did I turn on?
As I am driving, my X5 beeps at me. I look down at the display and it shows 4:59 pm and it goes away, about 10 seconds later I see that the clock on my radio changed to 5:00 pm. It seems to be happening right before the hour every time I see it. Does anyone know what this feature is and how do I go about turning it off? Ambro

Yeah it's memo....go into the date and time setting and turn it off.........Phil
Oh I just noticed that you are in a E53...if you don't have nav....you might have a memo button on the right hand end of the radio....I think that's right.

Pretty funny, I had the happen with my E39, I guess I'm slow,took a week to figure it was the "hour warning chime....actually pretty handy...
