Adaptive Head Light Control Unit error -Please help

Short question: What “3F [063] ALC reports an error at LSZ” means.
Background: My driver side low beam stopped working. I discovered water damage in the headlight control unit (number 5) on the drawing of the headlight from RealOEM. RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 4.8is Headlight, electronic parts, Xenon light The module and the corresponding headlight connector were corroded. I replaced the module and the headlight.
LCM reports an error from AHL module (57/01 - Level control system) and does not turn on headlight unless I disable AHL option in the LCM configuration. (I use BMW scanner 1.4.0) The scanner shows AHL error “3F [063] ALC reports an error at LSZ”. I replaced the AHL module, coded it but the errors stay the same:
LCM -> 16/01 - Wire, HVAC (LRA) potentiometer, open circuit
Shadow-memory:
57/01 - Level control system
AHL -> Shadow-memory:
39/6C - Telegram Speed invalid
3A/27 - Telegram yaw rate invalid
3B/37 - Telegram steering angle invalid
3D/27 - Telegram Terminal status, timeout or invalid
3F/62 - ALC reports an error at LSZ

Weasel will become famous soon enough
Looking at the list of faults I'd work through the DSC faults as well, but I'd double check all the electronics and wiring connections are clean and free of corrosion. I'm not familiar with that diagnostic software or it's capabilities, but the GT1 diagnostic software offers guided diagnostic test plans and wiring schematics etc. to help diagnose the different systems.

LCM -> 16/022 - Wire, HVAC (LRA) potentiometer, open circuit

HVAC (headlight vertical aim control)

I've got this error as well. Seems like a pretty rare error on the internet.
I'm posting here for E39
I upgraded my headlights a couple of years ago from pre facelift to facelift angel lights
I also changed the light control module

So I'm thinking the light control module I installed had the option of vertical aim control for the angel lights, whereas my car had older 1998 headlights.
So in that case my headlights probably are missing some wiring to be self adjusting?

I'm thinking I can either play in ncs dummy and try to disable the aim control function or try taking the zcs code from ews or cluster and coding the light control module.

Was working on my X5, and have the same error lol. Even though I believe I have auto leveling headlights in my X5 and LWR module.
Maybe it's time to look up wiring diagrams and start following wires

Well, just in case, this is how I fixed it
https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...ml#post1217781

Improperly coded LCM

Fixed it on X5
I suspect the same error on E39, as I remember it had a swapped LCM
