something interesting with parking lights :)

Something i found out about 2weeks ago, and now remembered to mention on this board.

Kind of cool/interesting: Technically if you are parked on the side of the road in a dark alley you are suggested to turn on your side turn signals either left or right, so people would notice your car is there and would not hit it.

Well, ive done this once and noticed that not only does ur side turn signal light up, but the angel eyes turn on as well FOR THAT SIDE ONLY which i found kind of cool

Hmmm, that's odd, but interesting nonetheless. My angel eye (04 4.4) doesn't turn in conjuncion with the turn signal light like that.

What if you're not sitting inside your car? That's why the rear light assembly has a reflective part so cars with headlights on can see you parking on the side of the road.

I have an Imola 4.8is, too. Do you have pictures of any other accessories on your X5 besides the front guard? If so, can you post them? THANKS!

That's weird, my Feb '04 build does the same thing as shown in imola4.8isWA's pictures...angel eyes on and all. Perhaps its a US vs. Canadian spec thing

Mine does it with the key out of the ignition and the turn signal turned to either side.
