Hello Benny! Great thinking to come to this site and join the thousands of people driving pieces of crap with a BMW badge on it. There are so many intelligent minds on here, I feel privileged to be the first one to save you an expensive trip to the stealer. The fault code you are seeing relates to the temperature sensor located on the coolant line, just behind the rad, on the passenger's side. BMW has carefully snaked the high pressure a/c line around in that area to make the sensor next to impossible to change. Although BMW doesn't list a fix in their mechanic's books, the only solution is to replace the sensor. This costs about $200 bucks at the stealer after diagnostic. You're best off finding someone with skinny arms and claw like hands, and changing it .
