You definitely have a vacuum leak somewhere, the thing is finding out where it is. If you want to do a quick check you can pull out the #6 ignition coil and see if there is oil on the bottom of it. I say that because I've seen once or twice where the vacuum leak is the valve cover cracked and/or gasket leaking. And if it had a misfire at #6 it could possibly be caused by the same culprit.
