My vehicle came stock with 17's and I am now running 20's staggered so I cannot go by what the placard on the door says about my PSI. For those who's vehicles came factory with 20" staggered (4.6is & 4.8is) what does the placard on your doors say?

You might want to check the placard again. It has the pressures for all sizes on there (17",18",19",& 20"). The 4.6is/4.8is 20" tire is suggested 32psi front and rear, given a normal load. Your X5 with those wheels and tires should be kept at the same pressure. If you are pulling a trailer or have a heavy load, I believe the rears go up to 37psi.

How fast are you driving?

Contrary to everyone that says you're overinflating the tire, you could be running the tire too low. Big heavy wide low profile tires need air pressure to support the weight of the carcas.

Not knowing any of the particulars you may want to contact the tire manufacturer to insure that you are running the proper wheel width and air pressure.

What is the wheel width and tire size? Maybe you're running too wide of a tire and it's causing the middle to bow out a little.

Unfortunately, I agree with that.

Wonder if that's why the E70 4.8iS wheels went to 10" and 11" wide (and, if the 11" 315mm guys are having similar issues). If history repeats itself regarding center wear, I might look into 295/40/20. That or go from 10.5" to 11" by widening or to a different wheel.
