Not trying to start a debate about the Magna Carta and inalienable rights vs the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, just a little surprised that Alberta was seceding yet again.

Note to MD: It isn't the western provinces, it is more Alberta and the North. By the time you get as far west as BC we are pretty much of the same opinion as Toronto on the matter, as much as it pains me to say that.
