X5 hit at the same spot before the repair twice
First accident 3 weeks ago, was hit by a parked vehicle while driving down the street but the driver claimed I tried overtaking him that's how the collision happened. Second accident today, was hit by a driver that went through a red light while I was making a left on the intersection. This time I have a witness. Even though she claims she was green. Both accidents have conflicting stories so the police officer said the insurance will decide who will pay. My question is, do I open another claim with my insurance for this accident even though the damages are at the same spot of the vehicle? Do I get compensated for the damages for the second accident? The X5 was not sent to the body shop because of the waiting period of the parts. |

You had better cover yourself if one falls through. I'd file both.
Also, I'd consider a buss pass with luck like that. Good........luck.

However, I don't understand how you were hit by a parked vehicle...Clarification please? Also, why did you wait so long to make the claim on the first accident?
