Rough Start AFTER intermediate levers replaced

Hey guys,

Had my intermediate levers replaced a little over a year ago, and no rough start up problems since. BUT, just recently within the past 2 months i've had 2 or 3 rough start ups with the same symptoms before (shaking, SES light blinking, etc). Could this be as simple as needing new spark plugs? (i know bmw interval is like 95k miles, i'm almost at 90k). Or could my intermediate levers be F-ed again?
