One of the better known module repair outlets is Modulemaster. I haven't used them, but I have read about them.
ModuleMaster rebuilds ABS modules for as low as $100, 2 day average turn-around, 5 Year Guarantee Read about them on the above site. They are in the US. Note that they list the BMW X5 ABS module as being repairable, and the DSC module as not being repairable. I would make sure I had a specific diagnosis before I started repairing or replacing random modules.

Changed tire.. Lights stayed on. Changed speed sensor on right front and all is good :-) no rebuild necessary
