The pics are from a recent press event in Germany. They were given a tour of the M garage, where a copy of all M's are kept. You can read into it here.

Who would ever want that. Doesn't even come with a radio...

Me...the LM V12 was the sole reason i purchased my first X5. Who needs music with that sweet exhaust note? The M3 CSL didn't come with a radio, AC, amongst other things as they were options. Needless to say, it's all about performance.

A V12 SUV? Terrible idea. Would cost a kidney to fill it with gas.

And I bet they call it a limited production model. "Damn right its limited, no cup holders, no back seats..."

Terrible idea for you perhaps. Such a limited production vehicle isn't intended for daily driving so options and MPG are a non factor. The 760 is in the weight ballpark of the X's with similar MPG...it's V12 power is perfect for it's weight (especially with TT tech).

Different strokes...

The car was never made for sale. It is just a toy for BMW M. They do make a 3.0 6 cylinder with plenty of cup holders for the soccer moms who worry about gas milage and still want a BMW

You're an instructor in ATL? I may know you then! (tech of over 6 years at Peake BMW in Louisiana)
