How many miles on your radiator?

One vehicle drives four years in traffic. Another drives four years on the highway. Total miles are double with the second vehicle. But the first radiator is more likely to fail at that point.

The expension and contraction of the radiator is what I think makes them fail. As the car heats up, they expand and the reverse upon cooling. (cyclic fatigue). Furthermore, the side tanks which are probably made of Nylon 6-6 which will get brittle over time due to heat.
