Sexy Back

Is it just me or every one finds the back of the X5 4.8is ....sooo sexaaay..

I had it parked next to the X5M and I still prefer the back of the 4.8is to the x5m, the front def x5m (for that matter E70, i love the front)

Yeah I love the ass end of the 4.8. The front I'm torn on, I like both, the E70 def looks more streamlined though.

Honestly, I think the rear end of all the E53's is what makes it look dated, regardless of lips, spoilers, and pipes.

The rest of the car is keeping up incredibly if not surpassing aesthetically many new model SUV's . But that backside just does not cut it anymore.

I think it's the square taillights on the trunk lid. And the generally boxy bumper and upper hatch.

4.8is butt = WIN.. No SAV (not even Msport or X5M) looks better. The 4.8is looks (is) lower, better stanced, and more "muscular" than the others.

I agree. A good straight on, non-setup to look good, solid shot of the rear is nothing special.

4.6is looks the same. Actually, Estorial Blue is the best color IMO.

o.l.t, is that 18" wheels on it? 19" looks little wider & so is better. So here comes conclusion, wider wheels=better look. Do you guys think that IS bumpers will look good on 19" wheels Staggered + Spacers?
