Thoughts on this non-DSP Sound Upgrade?

Dice iPod kit is on the way and I have been itching to upgrade the sub-par sound system. I don't want to break the bank - maybe $1000 including install. Anythoughts on this package from JL:

JL Audio Single 10" WX PowerWedge MAX Car Subwoofer for $299

Front Door: JL Audio TR650-CSI 6.5" Evolution™ TR 2-Way Component Car Speakers for $189

Rear Door: JL Audio Evolution™ TR 6.5" 2-Way Coaxial Car Speakers for $139

Estimate $200 for installation? Not sure, but that would only bring the total to $830. Any thoughts on this?
