Correct JCL, I am referring to the Aux fan in front of the engine. In the winter time it will only turn on when the engine needed cooling, but now in the summer it is on as soon as I turn the vehicle on and it's at top speed. Where do you think I should start my diagnostic with this? Also it is a new fan purchased at the dealer, not saying that dealer does not sell defective parts, but they refuse to take back any electrical parts so I cannot return it.

OK, so let's drop the discussion of the FSR, that is just confusing things.

You need to start with a service manual, and troubleshooting the circuit with the temperature switch that controls the auxiliary fan.
