Blown engine antifreeze in cylinders (looking to sell)

Driving, car gets low power symptoms, within one more traffic light idle is rough, within next traffic light temp climbing fast, and I shut the car down with a hissing sound in the last 10 seconds. The car never did a huge overheating show but was steaming.
Once at the indy shop I watched them diagnose. When doing compression check antifreeze shot 10 feet in the air during crank out of a couple cylinders. So engine is dead.
Get this. The shop replaced the alternator the day before but swears it's not related. (3.0 non water cooled alternator). They offered half price labor on a engine swap if i want ($50 an hr 20 hrs). So 1000 in labor plus 3000 for the engine with a 1 yr warranty.

Looking to sell instead.

3.0 with sport package. Body in great shape. 180k miles.

any advice and offers. In Baltimore, MD area.

It is a 2001
