Please help estimate a "good" price for this 4.8

Hi all,

I do not post much, but I do read almost everything, even if only remotely related to what I am interested in... This is a great forum with a lot of useful stuff.

I was hoping to get some input regarding a 2005 4.8is Black Sapphire Metalic/Black Nappa Leather with 56k miles, good maintenance records, nav, assuming excellent condition for interior/exterior. I have been looking for a while and the asking price of $27k seems high. I think $24k would be a good deal and $25k would be a fair market price. What do you all think would be a good/fair market price? This is in California.
