Mold release spray? They have products available for just such applications, which should be available from body supply shops/hobby shops etc. Anywhere that deals with fiberglass really. And be sure to dynamat everything down there first, and make extra sure it is all easily removable to service the battery and air suspension setup.

You can also just line everythig in aluminum foil and when the fiberglass sets up you can leave it under or when you pull it out to trim it you can take it off then.

large piece of plastic anyone? Get a piece plenty big enuff for the entire area. Lay it out flat and spray some fabric glue on the back and let it tack up. this will give u a temporary hold while pushing the plastic in the nooks and cranies. any excess just fold over and glue down too. the time and effort vs. tape/ foil is fantastic. I got plans to do something very similar soon.

Spray adhesive followed by a layer of aluminum foil, then fiberglass.

To get a true form to body mold I used to use the blue home interior painters tape, however, removal can be a bear and it's time consuming to put down.
You are dealing with a large space so I would use bigger material like tin foil or plastic sheet since you are probably not worried about maximum airspace. Tape all your seams together so that you do not get resin bleed through, then it will be really hard to remove. Spray glue will usually just lift when you're resin gets warm. Since you're not building a wing, and if you're interested in saving some time, thin fleece works pretty good instead of fiberglass mat. You can get it cheap from a fabric store and it is rigid since it absorbs a huge amount of resin. A bit harder to get into corners though.
