AC Air from left vent - COLD versus Air from right vent - HOT!

Hi guys, I seem to be having a problem with my AC. The air coming from the left AC vents are COLD while the air coming from the right vents are HT (or not cold). The setting on my controls are the same - both are 21 degrees Celsius (69.8 farenheit). How could this happen? A week ago, I disconnected my aftermarket radio from the harness to achieve a major memory reset. Is it possible that I have inadvertently disconnected something from the AC at the back of the radio unit? What could I have done wrong this time?
