No, TC are different as far as I have read.
Lemans, it might not fix the tranny problem 100%, but it will surely make things smoother.

Don't forget about the mechatronic seal too
Change that seal when you drop the pan..

You don't have to use the ZF lifescam fluid... i used redline D4 and it's been just fine for close to a year now!

you SHOULD change the mechtronic seal while your in there too! +1

I just change fluid/filter on my 6hp26x. It took 5.75 litres to refill after draining for approx 3 hours.

It's a one time job.id rather pay for ZF lifeguard oil than a substitute oil
But that's just me.
