Reusing Reinforcement Plate Bolts & Torque
Just changed the front & rear diff oils. Bentley sez to use new fastening bolts on the reinforcement plate. Three questions:
1. Can I use the originals for a couple of weeks until I get new ones? 2. If I tighten then to spec (stage 1 - 56Nm, stage 2 - +90 degrees), am I OK without replacing? 3. I could't quite get + 90degrees (maybe 45) on the rear bolts which also secure the stabilizer bar to the frame. Dey real tight though. A-OK? Thanks guys, Chef Kevin
