I know a bunch of people who owned RR. The reason why I didn't buy the Sport for myself is because every single person told me that this is one car, you deff do not want to own used. Yes it's nice and all, but parts, labor, and electrical problems will make you kill yourself. And these are people that still had warranty.

I have driven a few RR from the early '90 to the mid '00 and I can safely say the on road handling is nowhere near that of the Xs. Take a highway jughandle ramp at over the posted speed and the RR will oscillate between oversteer and understeer, it never finds the point of equilibrium like an X does. Unless you do alot of offroading, the X is the way to go.

I own both vehicles, 03' X5 and a 04' RR
Two completely different handling vehicles but they use a lot of the same interchangeable parts.
