Squealing brakes after dustless pads upgrade, Help.
Installed my deluxe plus axxis brake pads and ive had them on now for about a month and they continue to squeal very loud. I have done the beeding in process like the website said two times and it just comes back.
Has this happened to anyone else?> Thanks

Did you have the disks machined?
If you did not, it is very likely that the previous pads formed some slight wear patterns and grooves. This stops the new pads from bearing across the whole face of the pad area and sets up a vibration where they do not touch (squeal) Get the discs skimmed as I did and it should go away. Cheers

From my tons of experience (literally done 20 sets of BMW pads) you need to make sure you bevel the pad edge. And coat all contact surfaces with high temp brake grease (not the pad to disk contact surface of course). Especially the "ears". From my research the squeal is actually vibration. You will need to pull the pads and recoat the surfaces. I also have used the BG graphite brake quiet on the pad surface.
Just my .02
