Them bushing are just pressed in so i wouldnt be buying the arm but i would change both bushings while the arm is out
quick update i think in wrong on this i have done a search for the bushes and cant find them Last edited by hippee0; 01-15-2012 at 10:03 AM. |

That's the thing.
I just checked out the russian bimmer forum and guys are saying that 5 series bushings fit,but the inner diameter needs to be increased in order to insert the bolt through the bushing itself.

![]() There's two ways of doing it and I've not decided which to go for. You can buy solid polyurethane rod and machine it to fit, or you can get liquid polyurethane and cast the bushes yourself. I'm leaning towards the latter and casting the bush straight into the arm so that it's an absolutely perfect fit. If I do it, and it works, I'll post a write-up. |

Just make sure that there are no offsets involved,otherwise it's gonna be a mess.

Make that 4. I'll change mine too, just as a preventative maintenance procedure since they're still OK... or at least LOOK ok! The X alignment was good but I know that doesn't last too long.
