+1 I drive with my fog-lights on regularly. I hate having the DRL on. what irritated me was that they use a 9006 bulb and switched from 6 volt for DRL to 12 volt for high beams. Most cars use dual filaments to accomplish this, therefore your able to cut one wire (Low Beam) to turn off DRL...

... Just to be different.. Well... From what I hear, Honda does the same... 2006 S2000 does the same 6-12 volt switching. Im sure other imports use the same system
