Name that noise...

Okay. So I have been trying to figure this out for a week or two now. I have done several searches here but have not found anything. I guess I might not know what I am searching for exactly. Thanks in advance for any insight.
I have an 06 4.4 and have had it for about a month now. Recently I have noticed a noise that appears only when turning right, only noticeable above about 10 mph and only at temperatures below 45 deg F. The noise is kind of a whirl/whine/screech noise. Most closely resembling a bad heater blower. Could it possibly be related to the directional headlights? I'm at a loss.
Thanks
