LED angel eyes bulb, anyone tried this one?

Hi all! I am considering upgrade my angel eyes to whiter and brighter LED bulbs. I searched eBay and found below one, which is cheaper than Mtec v3. Just want to know anyone here tried this one and the feedback on this one.

7000K 10W CREE LED Angel Eyes For BMW E39 E53 X5 E60 E61 E63 E64 E65 E66 E83 E87 | eBay

By the way, below link is th Mtec one, which one is better?

MTEC Ver.3.0 LED Angel Eye Bulbs BMW E83 X3 06-10 LCI | eBay

Thanks for help!
