I have a 2004 4.8. I found instructions on this forum. Walked me step by step. Took maybe 2 hours from start to finish but that's because I was being extra paranoid and careful. Should only really take maybe an hour. Still a long time when you consider you're probably use to the 3 minutes it used to take on other vehicles.

facelift, remove the 3 bolts for the coolant reservoir... no bumper or headlight removal... I don't see why you'd need to do so...

I probably should have added I have the adaptive lights also. Gotta take out some screws and you'd need a special tool and be a contortionist to get in there AND not lose any screws. Now that I've done it, it's worth removing it to change them.
