X5 E53 Dynavin and amp DIY install (stock nav and DSP replacement)

Blkxer, was the dash wide open already or did you have to cut the dash for the dynavin? I was following other posts and the folks had to cut the radio cage to get the Dynavin to fit.

Yup, it was wide open in my case with the 16:9 stock nav head unit.

I believe the case where people had to do modifications to their in-dash brackets are those w/o the stock nav, i.e. they have the MID and business CD
