Bluetooth module 2006 4.8

my bluetooth suddenly stopped connecting to my phone. its not my phone. i took a look at the module and noticed the connection type. does this look correct.
the purple plug is in the black input. it does fit in the purple slot

then i also noticed this other cable not plugged in. take a look at the second image.

what is that plug for?

how could they have gotten unplugged?

Put your phone in the trunk and see if it connects. If it does, your antenna is bad or unplugged.
