Primetime -

I know it's been awhile but has the updated part done the trick for you in the last couple of winter seasons ?

Get a hairdryer and blow it on the handle, and where the latch catches on the door (half way down) see if that makes a difference, did for me.

You able to get in any of the other doors? If so, hop in, drive home hope it heats up and comes loose.

I think a door actuator had to be replaced in my case. The cable snapped or something, I forget, few years ago

If you were me, would you just leave it closed, drive home tomorrow and see if i can fix it at home, or should i go mess around with it right now and possibly defrost it?

Drive it home. It may defrost on the drive home, if you blast the heat inside.

Also depends how cold it is outside, and if you park in a garage or not.

Drive it home!

thats what i'll do. Its 13 degrees (feels like -5) here. And of course my $800 parking pass does not get me indoor parking--i'm stuck outside
