The cluster was tampered with, or it's not the original cluster. See the red dot by the trip meter.
Did you verify the actual mileage? There is a discrepancy between the computer and the cluster display.

I dont think it was tampered with, I have the carfax. and all the service records. My guess is maybe the light is supposed to be there, because as you see I have not fully started the car yet at that time.
