I its caused by the front rotors, it is only vibrate when you apply the brakes.

Nothing to do with braking.

Yep! The way i was told and understand how our alignment works is, they align the rear first and match the front to the rear. When the rear is out of whack they (f&r) will work against each other resulting in odd vibrations even through the steering. I know its crazy and logically incomprehensible but, I had vibration in my steering and I changed my rear suspension parts and viola! No more vibs!!

Have you checked your tires rubbing more rubber on one side... I drove my daily driver to new york today..car has 35k miles and been maintained. but yesterday i did a wheel rotation and noticed some more rubber being burned on the side... today on the i-91 i tried stop testing from 60-40 and noticed heavy vibration at the steering wheel... the short answer is ALIGNMENT ...

hope it helps

Ok, i moved the front tires to the rear and the rear to the front. Noticed the tire that was on the driver side front (center of the vibration i thought) was worn slightly on the outer edge. Well I took it for a test drive. No vibration from 0-40,40-60,60-90. WTF? every now and then during the drive around 60+ i'd feel the slightest vibration for literally .01 second. But that is it. At this point I am once again lost. However I def. do not see a alignment being a bad thing right now.

If the left tire is slight worn then you definitely need an alignment and possibly new tires depending on the condition of the other three.

You are vibrating because your tires have bedded in with incorrect alignment. Now one wheel fights the other and essentially skips over the ground. That skipping is your vibration.

This is so abnormal compared to things I have dealt with in the past. I have driven such poorly aligned vehicles with cupped and feather tires. So bad it looks like a mud tire and it didnt vibrate as much as this tire does with less than 1/32 off the edge. If the tire was so bad it was bouncing the front end why is it not making any motion in the rear?

Because you front and rear do not have the same alignment. And its probably temporary, till the fronts eat up again, and start doing it all over.
