Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
lot of respect for your dedication man, really you have no idea. I just moved out of condo in Bedminster after 3.5 years, couldn't stand not having my own driveway, fighting for parking, and no garage.

When I do my unveiling thread I'll throw up an obligatory pic of the new driveway/2 car garage at our Martinsville home just for you haha, you're welcome to do mods in my driveway anytime!

cant beat perkins, cheaper than a diner!

and i'm leaving for vacation on saturday, so i wont get it till i get back, probably not till the end of the month. my 168s and tires are en route to me though, so i can finally get my old dry rotted mich energys off the car!

Just got done doing compound yesterday with PC, next up I'm polishing with menzerna, and power lock by menzerna to seal. When I get back from vacation and get my ractive tips welded on and my wheels switched out I will be doing proper photo shoot (finally I know)

and before that, I need to get my air ride fault cleared so my ride height control works again! (you need to take pics obviously in lowered mode haha!)

Just sharing what my problem ended up being...

Last week: Replaced the thrust arm/ball joint – vibration was still present.

Today: Just to make sure it wasn't something simple I had my tire shop check/balance all of the wheels (they were all ok, fronts were a tiny bit off but they fixed it). Anyway, while removing the front passenger side wheel when it was on the lift we found the sticking caliper – it was difficult to rotate and that wheel was much hotter than the others. So I'm glad I figured out what the cause was, it was driving me crazy. I'm going to try to rebuild the caliper first, if that doesn't work then I'll just find a used one I guess.

I also replaced (DIY) the wishbone control arms/ball joints today – the suspension feels much better and it helped lessen the vibration (from the brake).

awesome that you fixed it, how bad was the DIY of the wishbones? if those arent bad I may try to tackle the thrust arms and ball joints myself too, get the front end done in one shot!

Wishbones were very simple, the thrust arms on the other hand – my indie said it was a PITA because there's no room to get those ball joints out (took him like 4 hours total).
