Just wanted to say hi as I am new to this forum. I drive a 2007 BMW 335i as my daily driver, and race a 2002 BMW Z3 3.0 in SCCA STR autocross where I will be soon to be competing at Nat'ls in Lincoln, NE, next month. My wife and much better half drives a 2005 BMW X5 4.4L which right now is having some issues. I joined to get some information as to what is going on and why, and have found the site to be very informative. While she has loved her truck which she bought CPO, she is pretty bummed about the most recent service visit which has produced
estimates for CV boots, battery/alternator, and a few other items.
I guess it is time for me to buckle up and get a Bentley for her beast and start taking care of it as I do my Z.
Hopefully, I'll have something to contribute over the next few months.
