Buying a 03 x5 m series,need advice.

i used to have about 4 x5,and now i am looking to buy again other one...

found one :

2003 bmw x5 (he say that is the M series)
with gps (is this with dvd maps?)
67.000 miles
black on black /leather 4.6i engine.
always garaged...

price 16000$ (from the 18000 $ that he originally wanted for it)


what you guys think?
price?...okay,too much?

and i never had a x5 M series, are this any good?
