I have used this site for the past 3 years of owning my 2001 x5 and want to say thanks for the help i've recieved thru all the posts and info found here. My wife loved this car. Me on the other hand not so much. I certainly learned a lot about the car doing just about all the work myself. And to be fair everything that i replaced was all the documented over 100k parts and problems discussed here. I did have a great last drive though down to austin to trade it in.
