Those are diagnostic softwares for a BMW. You will need to get a computer and the cables to connect the computer to the car.

You could try this:

Amazon.com: Loftek B800 Bmw Srs Airbag Scan & Reset Tool Scanner Resetter: Automotive

It's fulfilled by Amazon so if it don't work you can get your money back. There's another seller on Amazon but it is not fulfilled by Amazon so I don't know the return policy. Some people had good luck with it, and some people didn't. I suspect that people that didn't have good luck with it don't know how to use the reset tool. I have used carsoft 6.5 in the past to reset SRS light on my older BMW.

Yeah, saw those on eBay as well. Problem is the year. It says up to 2003. Not sure what the diff is from 03 to 04.

Did a quick search on that software and there is some posts on how to install on a laptop. I'm a Network Admin by trade so I should be able to figure that part out, but what about the cables? Probably going to be a serial to the OBD type plug.

There's a seller from Romainia(?) that sells the cable. It's a OBD II to usb cable. He sells the cable with free shipping and paid shipping. Both are the same price, but I would buy it with free shipping because if you have a dispute with the seller your entire amount will be refunded by eBay, but if you buy it with pay shipping eBay sometime don't refund the shipping cost.

I think you need the round diagnostic port in the engine compartment in order to use the reset tool that I listed from Amazon. If you look at one of the picture on the website you will see a 16 pins to 20 pins cable.
