Just make sure the wheels are clean, I think I used 4 cans total.

Plastidipped my winter wheels back in October and they've held up great after 3-4 months of NY winter and tons of car washes.. Also did my kidney grills last week. I'm thinking of doing my summer wheels also but with a few coats of the glossifier.. Any one have any experience with it?

Did you scrape the wheels at all or are they glossy underneath?

I just used carb cleaner on my chrome wheels. You do not have to scuff the surface.

plastidipped the wheels in august of 2012, they started to peel in February of 2013...
