Being Canadian, it is nice to have a vendor that is local. This cuts down on shipping costs and no duties. Their selection is very good.
On to the negative, products that are widely available from other vendors are typically good quality however some items such as their M3 shift paddles were poorly machined. The edges had burrs on them and were not finished well. Their customer service is below average to poor. Without going into extensive details, make sure you read the return policy and adhere to it. Once you are outside of it, they do not demonstrate a willingness to work with you and appear to value the one transaction over the relationship with the customer.
