If you removed your seat and unplugged the seat belt wiring harness while the car was still powered (did you pull the negative battery cable first?)...then that is why your SRS (air bag) light is illuminated.
The SRS (suplemental restraint system) includes not only the air bags...but the seat belts, too. If you disconnect any SRS electrical connector while the car is powered...it will set/record a fault code. Since you have access to a GT-1 & INPA...check for a seat belt fault code...especially the one that you removed. Also check its electrical wiring harness to make sure it's plugged back in correctly.
ALWAY disconnect the negative battery cable before disconnecting ANY SRS connector...and DON'T reconnect the negative battery cable UNTIL you've reconnected the SRS wiring harness. (unless you have a SRS reset tool which makes this warning moot).
