Mine is a rip off. I think the cost was only $200 or so.

PO installed it, so sorry I don't have more info.
I got the knockoff in ABS plastic, $42 shipped from Benz VS BMW on ebay.

Home Depot only had 45 mil so could not use.

Found 3M Automotive Acrylic PLUS Attachment Tape, 7/8 width, 60 mil, Black, High Performance/Excellent Adhesion, Part #06395/051131 , on Amazon. OEM-Approved, shortest length available is 10 yards!!! $40 shipped (cost as much as the wing!!!).

FYI to potential purchasers of this item.....BUY THE WING WITH THE TAPE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Researched on 3Ms RETARDED website (hey, 3M, how about listing RETAILERS who carry your products and not just aftermarket panel manufacturers (WITH LINKS) who use it!!!!!), this is THE stuff for installing high aero-drag ground effect panels and wheel flairs. Used by NASCAR teams on their racecars.

My thanks to 3M for an excellent product.....and a "you suck" for your website!

OP I thought of you this morning when I saw this:

I was going to stop him and ask which 3M tape he used for his wing, but he was just to fast for me. I think the butterfly gave him an extra boost.

Any major automotive body shop supply center would have numerous kinds of double sides tape for applications like you need.....I'd head there before Home Depot....

Okay this shit is turning into rocket science. This is the tape I used for mine 3 years ago and the wing has survived rain, sleet, snow, sandy, and various other mother nature throw ups and I bought the tape at the HOME DEPOT: 1 in. x 37-1/2 ft. Indoor/Outdoor Mounting Tape-411-LONG/DC at The Home Depot
