facelifted headlights, prefacelifted electric fan in front of radiator, non X5 motor (obviuosly), prefacelift cooling expansion tank, silver rings on cluster, manual transmission (?)... RWD??
is it a modified 4.6iS? what are the details??

It was a 4.6is once. The whole drive train was taken from M5, so it's manual and RWD.
The car looks weird, but tastes differ. The owner reports the car drives great, but I'm not very confident it drives at all, because the owner used the M62 oil pan on S62 which is very risky because of very different lubrication system. I personally would never start the S62 with M62 oil pump and I also have no idea how he coupled the Double-VANOS lubrication with M62s oil supply.
