I can't count how many threads have asked questions about their "radio" or "engine"...but don't have any info as to which engine they have or which audio set-up they have.

Not to be a nick picker but there were different ac compressors used throughout the X5 line. It would help if you know which compressor you have or at the very least tell us which X5 (V8 or I6) and the model year for your car/truck.
