BTW, there are two little ballasts (sorry if wrong name) at each side.

Hey CJ,

Yes, they're 25W and shine like a diamond BTW. The OBC is ok, no codes, everything normal. I hope they don't burn housings, so far so good.
I'll wait a few more days and check everything again too see if nothing is wrong with this, but the kit has high quality, IMO.

I'm really happy with then.

25W CREE LED HOW TO. BMW X5 E53 2004-06

Connections overview:




After removed the old OEM AA bulb, put the new LED bulb on place locked.


All wires connected

At first i thought it was e70 lights... WOW, they are bright! Let us know how they hold up. I wonder how the will work in -30C weather...
May be there is an cheap AE solution for X5 after all...
