Whining, squeaky noise fixed!! Intake manifold runners many people have this problem

after searching through this forum ive noticed many of us are complaining of a squeaky "hamster wheel" kind of noise, after some troubleshooting i found that out intake manifold runners go bad after a while. mine was broken, can find them on ebay or pelicanparts.com part number is 11617544805 and runs you about 220-240.
apologies in advance for amateur showing

here is the location of the problem this is the manifold valve

here is the new one

i used this ratchet and torx bit there is only two screws holding it on

here is the old one as you can see a no no in our x5's

two scrrws hold it in place along with the solenoid connector
pretty straightforward install with room to replace it without having to move anything else. after this install the noise is gone and rpms have balanced out as well and no more shudders.
hope this has been somewhat helpful
