				X-drive Actuator Motor?

I have the trifecta issue that most of us have been dealing or dealt with at some point. I removed the actuator motor/ gear to give it a turn and inadvertently (polite way of saying i'm a dumb a$$) , pulled the shaft to the motor (worm gear?) out from the motor casing. I reinserted it and felt like it was back in place with the spring contacts touching where I could see it should touch. Well, as you would've guessed.... I'm getting code "5462- Error actuator or increased power requirement for clutch". I'm assuming I didn't put it together correctly as when I try to reset the TC via computer it will briefly activate (almost like it's trying to turn/ move) and the error message pops up. I'm going to remove the actuator again this evening and take a better look at it with the possibility that I didn't reinsert the motor shaft properly and possibly some of the brushes, etc aren't making contact when activated. Has anyone had the shaft to the motor out, reinsert it and have it work as expected? Any other details I should look for or consider (besides the obvious- ) ? Thanks and you guys are great! JJ
