Props for the work! Definitely appreciate the consistency as far as theme is concerned. The tinted headlamps/tails aren't for me....but its not my truck! Nice job so far, and looking forward to what else you come up with!

Probably Permaseal bud....but you can check the production dates on the housings to be sure. A search will reveal the easy-street sealant cut-off date.

The dash fix is fairly easy, Ive done it a few times It's the same procedure for the E38's and E39's here's the guide I always use for reference:
