OK, I'm confused. Do I have DSP, or don't I? 04 X5, non nav....

...single disc player in dash above the radio/MID. No DSP button anywhere that I can see.

I bought a DICE Mediabridge to integrate my phone and an iPod. Didn't buy a DPS adapter because I didn't think I had DSP. Found the 6 pin and 3 pin connectors hidden in the left rear, ran the cables, hooked everything up, system sees an iPod and a BT phone connection, but there's no sound. Everything displays on the correctly on the MID from the iPod, I have steering wheel controls, people can hear me via the BT connection for the phone, I just can't hear anything that's going through the Mediabridge. Did multiple firmware updates, just in case. Confirmed there is signal going back up the cable to the back of the single CD player (where the changer would normally plug in).

Was reading a thread about aftermarket nav systems, and someone asked how you ID a DSP amplifier. They posted pictures. I looked at my amp. It looks exactly the same. Here is my amp, as installed....sure looks like a DSP amp, doesn't it?
